              There are so many types of poultry out there and yet we only eat chicken and once a year turkey :( What is this? lets use our resources people......okay maybe the others are expensive but still.

The day it all began

August 25,

the very first day of class. what a day. I really thought I was going to drop out.

Our teacher Chef John, said that his class was the hardest in order to weed out the people who are really serious about staying in the program.

my first thought? Well I feel like i am going to be one of the ones he weeds out. haha.
